Who is your counterparty?
Stagent is a maatschap under Belgian law, a partnership without legal personality: the partners commit personally. The full details, including the company number, are at the bottom of every page.
An order is a request
What you send through the form on this site is an order request and not yet a purchase agreement. The agreement only comes about once Stagent explicitly confirms your request.
Prices
There are no prices on this site. After your request you receive a quotation or an invoice with the applicable prices. That way no outdated price can linger on the site.
Deposit
A deposit is charged for the crate and the bottles. It appears as a separate line on the invoice and is credited when you return them.
Age limit
Stagent does not sell alcohol to people under 18. Your date of birth is checked with every request; requests from minors are not processed.
Delivery and collection
After your request, Stagent contacts you to arrange delivery or collection.
Payment
Payment is made as stated on the invoice. The bank account number is on the invoice and never on this site.
Liability
Stagent does its best to keep the information on this site correct and up to date, but cannot be held liable for inaccuracies or for temporary unavailability of the site.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Belgian courts.
