Who is responsible?
Stagent Maatschap processes the personal data you provide through this site. The full company details are at the bottom of every page and on the contact page.
Which data do we process?
Only what you fill in yourself on the order or contact form: your name, your e-mail address, your phone number, your address, your date of birth and the text you write in the remarks field.
What do we use it for?
To process your request or your question, to contact you about delivery and payment, and to verify that you are 18 or older.
On which legal basis?
For handling your request: the performance of a contract or the steps preceding it, together with the consent you give on the form. For the age check: the legal obligation not to sell alcohol to minors.
Who gets to see it?
Stagent itself, and two processors: Resend for sending the e-mails and Cloudflare for hosting the site and running the spam check. Your data is not sold, not rented out and not used for profiling or advertising.
How long do we keep it?
Nothing is stored in a database at this stage; your request exists as an e-mail in the Stagent mailbox.
No trackers
This site loads no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Mailchimp script, no Google Fonts and no Google Maps. Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not follow individual visitors.
The points-of-sale map
The map on the points-of-sale page uses OpenStreetMap. Your browser fetches the map images directly from the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers; in doing so your IP address is visible to those servers, as with any image loaded from the web. No cookie is set and no tracking script is loaded.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, have the processing restricted, object to the processing and have your data transferred. Ask us through the e-mail address at the bottom of this page. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
